Directorate of Industries invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up posts of TNDUSTRIES INSPECTOR (LowER GRADE) / EXTENSION OFFICER (INDUSTRIES)’ Group-C employees in the Directorate of Industries. The Industies
Inspectors (LG/Extension Officer (Industries) are transferable in the State of Maharashtra.

Qualification: Candidate must possess a degree in science or a diploma in chemical technology or mechanical or electrical or chemical engineering or electronic or textile or leather or automobile, metallurgy, telecommunication or radio Engineering of an university / institute or any other qualification equivalent thereto, as recognized by Government.

Age Limit: Not less than l8 years and not more than 33 years as on lst July, 2013

The candidates should pay the fee by means of “demand draft” only. Demand draft should be drawn on any nationalized bank in the name of “The Development Commissioner (Industries), Directorate of Industries, Maharashtra State, Mumbai” payable at Mumbai.

Selection Procedure: There shall be a written examination for 200 marks and interview for 20 marks and 05 marks for preference to degree holders in engineering and post graduation in science.

How To Apply: Candidates are required to apply on prescribed Application form filled in all respect and send it to District Industries Centers of respective districts (As in ANNEXURE) before 25.03.2013
