UPSEE 2013 Online application form for UG courses & MBA / MCA / MAM (Dual Degree 5 years)
The Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow is going to conduct UP State Entrance Examination (UPSEE 2013) for admission to the Engineering Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Architecture (B.Arch), Hotel Management and Fashion & Apparel Design courses and MBA/MCA/MAM dual degree course commencing in the session 2013-14.
Application Fee : 1000/- for general & OBC Candidates and for 500/- for Sc/ST/female candidates.

UPSEE 2013 Application Procedure: The online submission of particulars may be made at website http://www.upsee.nic.in. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Registration Number will be generated. Make the payment and finally a Confirmation Page with Registration Number shall be generated. Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation Page and paste their photograph, signature and thumb impression at the specified places and send it along with the payment of e-challan (if the payment is made through an online generated bank e-challan) through Speed Post only to ” Registrar (UPSEE-2013), Gautam Buddh Technical University, IET Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow-226021, Uttar Pradesh” so as to reach on or before 5:00 PM, 25.03.2013 . Confirmation Page received after 25.03.2013 will not be accepted. Payment can be made either through e-Challan (generated through http://upsee.nic.in) or Any Credit/Debit Card.
UPSEE 2013 Payment Mode : UPSEE 2013 Payment of Fee could be made by Bank e-Challan or Credit/Debit Card.
Steps to be followed if fee paid through Bank e-Challan
Logon to http://upsee.nic.in website. Fill in the application form and note down the registration number.
After registration, the candidate has to take a printout of the Bank e-challan and pay the desired amount of examination fee at any branch of Punjab National Bank. The Bank will keep one copy and will return two copies of the e-challan with their endorsement of the receipt of the payment to candidate.
After payment, the candidate has to Login once again and enter the details of the e-challan for successful completion of the registration process.
Finally a Confirmation Page will be generated. Take a printout and complete the steps as described in point 6.
Steps to be followed if fee paid through Credit/Debit Card
Keep the details of Credit/Debit Card (VISA/MasterCard) ready.
Logon to http://upsee.nic.in website, fill the application form, note down the registration number which would be generated by system that is required for making the payment of fee.
Make the payment through Credit/Debit Card and note down the Transaction Number, after successful payment of fee.
Take a printout of Confirmation Page and complete as described above in application procedure.
How To apply : UPSEE 2013 Online Applications can be submitted from 10:00 AM 28.02.2013 till 10:00 PM 21.03.2013. However, the duly filled in Confirmation Page can be sent to the office of “The Registrar (UPSEE-2013), Gautam Buddh Technical University Lucknow, IET Campus, Lucknow-226021” so as to reach latest by 5:00 PM, 25th March 2013.
UPSEE 2013 Online Application Form Filling Procedure & Instruction:
1. Logon to http://upsee.nic.in
2. Please check the eligibility criteria given in the broucher.
3. Click on ‘Apply Online’ link.
4. Fill in all the particulars in the online application form.
5. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
6. Note the Registration Number.
7. Make the payment either through Credit/Debit card OR through an online generated Bank Challan on next day (Day2) at any branch Punjab National Bank.
8. In case the payment is made through Bank Challan, visit http://upsee.nic.in again on further next day (Day3). click on ‘Generate Confirmation Page (For echallan payment)’ link. Enter the relevant details and generate the confirmation page.
9. Take the printout (in two copies) of the Confirmation Page.
10. Mail a copy of duly filled in Confirmation Page along with the paid copy of the Challan (if the payment id made through Bank Challan) to Registrar (UPSEE- 2013), Gautam Budh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Lucknow-226021,
U.P. so as to reach on or before 5:00 PM 25th March 2013.
